&lt;p&gt;All bootcamps are held in the outside air and are for all shapes and sizes. Work at your own level with an experienced instructor of over 9 years. I am qualified to show you any level so come and check it out.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Bring your water, towel and a comfortable pair of shoes, everything else is provided. Wear whatever your feel comfortable in! Contact me anytime if you have any questions. I guarantee you will have fun while working hard!&lt;/p&gt;
